Currently, we only accept Cash Payments on Delivery for online orders. We are working on adding credit cards payments soon.

Orders for Homes and Restaurants and shipped next day as follows:
Dubai: Monday to Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Abu Dhabi: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Al Ain: Tuesday & Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Sharjah: Monday & Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Ajman: Saturday & Wednesday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Um Al Quwain: Saturday & Wednesday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Ras Al Khaima: Saturday & Wednesday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Fujairah: Not Covered
Refund Policy:
Online Orders can be fully cancelled before shipping at no charge. Please call 04-4276600 or email us at order@primogelato.com to request a delivery cancellation.
Upon delivery, you can request a full or partial return of ice cream if the tub is not opened. Just inform your delivery person to exclude the price of your return and amend the invoice manually upon delivery.
Once credit card payment are activated on the website, we will be updating our return and refund policies for orders that were paid online.
